Alex Rodriguez's wife has filed for a divorce because of Madonna

Madonna seems to be the reason why Cynthia Rodriguez, the wife of Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez, has filed for a divorce in a Miami court. 

The suit claims a "long period of infidelity on the part or Mr. Rodriguez, an all-star baseball player for the New York Yankees" and an "emotional abandonment".

Even if the singer denied it, the infidelity was in fact an affair with Madonna. She tries to save her marriage, declaring love to her sweet Guy Richie, but she needed a strong baseball bat.

Now that Alex reaches his record 10-year $252 million contract with the Yankees, Cynthia leaves him.. This is unbelievable.. She had 252 million reasons to remain next to him.. :|

Her attorney Maurice Kutner broke the news to the Miami Herald :

''She feels that she has exhausted every opportunity to salvage the marriage, and that Alex has emotionally abandoned her and the children and has left her with no choice but to divorce him''.

NY Daily News was told by Chynthia that:

"I believe he was having an affair with Madonna," she told a friend, who spoke anonymously for fear of angering A-Rod. "She said she found a letter where Alex told Madonna: 'You are my true soulmate.'"
