The order was sent to Britney's attorneys on Friday, claiming that Ghalib, Lutfi and lawyer Jon Eardley have been trying to get control on Britney's life. There was also written that Lutfi tried to contact Spears in late December by sending text messages to her hairdresser saying he wasn't responsible for the conservatorship, and also tried to arrange a meeting by text-messaging Britney and her father too.
In another document, one of the conservatorship lawyers claims that:
"Mr. Lutfi has sent text messages and instant messages that contain false and hurtful allegations concerning Mr. Spears, Ms. Spears, and the Spears family."
"On the first anniversary of the establishment of the conservatorship, the co-conservators are informed and believe that these three figures are working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship, with an utter disregard for Ms. Spears' health and well being" another document said.
The judge who takes care of this trial, Aviva K. Bobb, prohibits Lutfi, Ghalib and Eardley from getting in contact with the singer, her parents or her children, and also from "acting on Ms. Spears' behalf...inducing or assisting another person to file legal pleadings" on her behalf.
