Is Ne-Yo dating Hayden?

I like Hayden because till now i haven't heard such bad news about her.And i really wish her a relation with Ne Yo. Look what he said: he admitted that he was holding Hayden’s hand Monday night while they were in a club in New York. But he disapprove their dating.He even swears.
Ne-Yo said at an event where the sweet teenager appeared :
“Hayden and I just met yesterday. We’ve only known each other for one day”; “She was hanging out with some friends and invited me to come out.”
When he got asked about that touching , he replied : “I was helping her out of the car!” ; “She had these shoes – they were cute – but they were torture devices, so I had to help her.”
The two stars thought about a collaboration in the near future. “We talked about me possibly writing a song or two,” for Panettiere’s l album who is also working on the upcoming Michael Jackson album. “I’d do it if she needed me to.”
