Madonna celebrates her 51st birthday in Italy

Looking like a skeleton, Madonna went to Italy to celebrate her 51st birthday, together with her pals Italian fashion designer duo Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana.

There were also her 22-year-old lover, her adopted children David Banda and Mercy James, and her daughter Lourdes who looked overjoyed by the thought of being able to get their hands on the whole fortune as mom gets older and older.

Dressed in her personalized basketball kit, Madonna was taken by a private boat and had a great time diving into the sea and talking to her friends.

But it all started with a dinner party in the Italian resort of Portofino, where she wass staying with her boyfriend Jesus Luz. Madonna hired an entire floor of the exclusive Splendido Hotel where suites cost as much as £4,500 a night.

I would have thrown a party on a beach. With tons of cheap beer and prostitutes.

Anyway, the singer is to play a concert tomorrow evening in Munich.
